Track Order

Policy


Shipping

Please allow between 5-15 days for your order to arrive if shipping within Canada. When your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your order, but if you have questions or would like us to track your order for you, please email or call us at 1 800 573 9592 to review the status of your order.

Returns & Refunds

We will offer a full refund within 14 days on product that is in original condition and packaging. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide on your items. If the 14 day period has passed, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. We do not offer refunds on sale items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your credit card account to verify the refund. Often there is a delay between charges and posted charges.

If you have checked your account and still have not received your refund, please contact us by email or 1 800 573 9592.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. For ready-to-assemble items, it is often more efficient to send a replacement part for missing or damaged pieces. If your product is damaged or missing a piece, please email us at __________. We may request more information, either through a phone call or email, so we can assess the best way to resolve your concern.

Return Shipping

To return an item for refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To ship an item over $75, please purchase trackable shipping service and shipping insurance, in case the item becomes lost or damaged. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by any third party shipping vendors.
